This Thing was originally setup by the previous owner forpre-racing off-road courses in so-cal. Starting with a 3" body lift, adjustable rear torsion plates, adjustable front beam, kyb shocks and front and rear disk brakes. The car is power by a 1776cc motor with a counterweighted crankshaft, large valve heads from (NW connecting rods), eagle 110 cam, duel IDF Weber carburetors with center pull linkage, fired by a MSD box And pertronix ignition on a SVA distributor. The transaxle is a bus 091 with urethane mounts. The car has both types of Thing heaters, fresh air and gas. For off-road an street use the tires and wheels are bfg km-2's on the rear and 235-70-15 a/t's on the front with Empi 8 spoke rims. The car also has both tops cover table and hard top. The car is overall great shape, but is not perfect. The motor runs well and pulls hard due to a balance combination of gear ratio, tire size and motor.
