Where to start with this little Jeep called Stretch. We started with a 2011 2dr JK Wrangler because we wanted to have the nicer interior. We didn't really care to much about the drivetrain on it since we were going to be upgrading all of it anyway. This Jeep was considered a salvage but only because it was reported stolen in CA. It was found and the only actual damage to the vehicle after being joy rided was the front tires were both flat and it had mud everywhere. We started this project to have a vehicle that would fit on the trails, be super agile and really stable. It has about a 3" lift with the JKS front coilover kit using Fox 2.5" Coilovers, 3.5" coils out back with Fox 2.5" DSC shocks. Air controlled front sway bar and arb air lockers front and rear. Knowing we were going to be running 40" tires we overkilled the axles. It has an Dynatrac XD60 front and ProRock 80 rear with 5.38 gears. Drivetrain starts under the hood with the Cummins R2.8 and behind that is the 8HP70 out of a Ram 1500 ecodiesel. These two were made to work with each other when AXIS industries used this vehicle to build a gateway for the ZF trans to the little Cummins. For Tcase it is running an Atlas HD in 3:1. This vehicle works phenomenal. It will cruise down the highway at 80 no problem or kill it on the trail. The last trip it was taken on it got around 25mpg with 40" tires and that is a combo of trail and freeway. Couldn't be happier with the Jeep. The stretch gave it just the right wheelbase to feel stable on climbs and give you more storage space for gear. It has been on an Ultimate Adventure and worked flawlessly. We repainted the entire vehicle Destroyer Gray after stretching it 10". The overall wheel base is right aroung 108. Lots of great parts, too many to list but I will gladly discuss them all with you. 9X,XXX miles on the original Jeep and maybe 15K on the all the new stuff. Everything in the drivetrain had been replaced. Reasonable offers please.
