2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 XR

The time has come to sell my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 XR. This Jeep is unlike any other build out there, with attention to detail in all the important areas and the highest quality components this industry has to offer. This vehicle was built by 3D Off-Road in the fall of 2022 for the SEMA Show, where it received a best-in-show award in recognition of the quality displayed throughout the build.

This was a frame-off build. The under-side of this Jeep is basically an ultra-4 car. With axles spec’d and built out by Erik Miller, 2X King of Hammers Champion, this Jeep is ready for all the abuse you can throw at it. The Spidertrax pro-series fabricated axle housings feature Tube Works billet third members complete with 5.43 10” ring gears and ARB competition lockers.

The suspension system on this Wrangler is nothing short of race-ready. We’ve outfitted it with Motobilt’s 4-Link double triangulated rear suspension and a 3-link setup up front. These systems are paired with RockJock aluminum control arms featuring Johnny Joints and Rock Nuts, allowing for maximum articulation while maintaining stability. Bilstein 60mm 9200 series triple bypass shocks are installed on all four corners, providing 12” of travel and a smooth ride, whether you're crawling over boulders or tearing through the desert. The custom shock mounts designed by 3D Off-Road ensure optimal ride height and performance.

To accommodate the massive 42” Nitto Trail Grapplers, this Jeep is equipped with Rock Krawler’s 4.5” springs, giving it the perfect stance. The steering system has been heavily upgraded as well, featuring a PSC Motorsports Hydraulic Ram Assist Kit, Steer Smarts Yeti XD steering components, and Reid Racing Superduty high steer knuckles to ensure you can control this beast no matter the terrain.

Protection was a priority in this build, and the Jeep is armored with Motobilt’s heavy-duty Tomohawk Frame Chop Bumper, steel fenders, and frame-mounted rocker guards. The rear is finished off with a Motobilt Crusher Series bumper and spare tire delete kit, keeping it clean and functional.

When it comes to accessories, we kept it functional and minimal. A Warn VR EVO 10-S winch paired with a Factor 55 Ultrahook is ready for any recovery situation. The Jeep is also equipped with an ARB Dual Air Compressor and a Powertank 15lb air system for quick airing up after a long trail day. Baja Designs LP6 Pros are mounted on the front bumper for unparalleled visibility, and rock lights have been installed in the wheel wells to illuminate your path during night runs. The Magnaflow Rock Krawler exhaust system provides the perfect growl while staying out of the way of the drivetrain and suspension components.

Inside, you’ll find custom PRP seat covers embroidered with the Built2Wander logo, offering both comfort and style. The SPOD BantamX HD system makes controlling all the accessories easy, with everything neatly integrated into the dash.

This Jeep is a showstopper, but it’s also a performer. It’s built to be driven, and driven hard. Whether you’re looking for a capable off-road machine or a head-turner at car shows, this Wrangler Rubicon 392 XR has it all. It has also been meticulously maintained and recently received a full-prep, so it's ready to be daily driven or wheeled hard!
