-2 Separate Howe 6.5 GPM steering pump setup for front and rear.
-Rear steer is from Stazworks with self Center button and has a lock out switch on panel.
-4 Wheel Steer Axletechs. Bought new from WCR.
-Brake conversion with Ford 1 ton brakes.
-54” Baja Claws with Axletech Wheels
-16” brand new Scott Shocks with reservoirs
-Brand new custom Sway Bar
-Branik carrier bearing
-4 Linked with all Evolution Heim Joints
-PRP seats. Fronts are extra tall extra wide.
Rear bench is 48” wide! Perfect for all sizes of adults. I’m 6’9” and I sit in the back as well.
-Front drivers seat is on a slider so even kids can drive.
-Crow harnesses. 5 point in front. 4 in rear.
-40” Rigid Roof light bar. 2 18” Vair bars as well.
-Rigid Interior lighting as well.
-Control panel is mounted above and houses most switches. Lockers and compressor switch are on dash. Went with external wiring for ease of fixing/troubleshooting.
-Evolution Machining (Clay Kratz)did the initial cab part of buggy. The rest has been done by Brink Fab in Red Deer. Neil Harrison recently helped me out with the last few 2019 upgrades:
-Painted Silver Diffs
-Painted steering components
-Scott Shocks (with reservoirs)
-Upgraded driveline (Branik Carrier Bearing)
-Custom WCR Sway Bar
Everything has been powdercoated custom orange with black accents. Even the wheel lugs have been coated. Been out a handful of times since finished in winter of 2018 but still looks great.
